By getting into an avoidable routine of staying indoors through the winter, you will probably neglect your body's necessary daily exercise, and there are temptations to snack and graze.
These unhealthy habits are difficult to shake off, with a result of: (a) becoming less hardy. (b) unwelcomed weight gain.
