We are very fortunate to be one of the remaining Cumbrian out-posts where the now rare"Red Squirrel" is in abundance.                             A caravan makes the perfect hide for watching the squirrels swinging, jumping, feeding and climbing in the trees which line the river edge.

We have installed feeder boxes in the trees along the river edge, which encourage their appearance.
